Call Outs

There are times when we all have issues with our plumbing and heating and a call out is required to determine the issue and to repair .

We do charge a standard call out, this is a set rate and covers up to the first hours labour .

Once on site we will determine what is required and will price accordingly if any further works are needed to complete the job in hand, you are under no obligation to carry these works out , at this point our only charge due is the call out charge.

We always keep the customer informed of any charges – there are no hidden charges at Stride Plumbing & Heating Ltd.
