Landlords Gas Safety Inspection

All Landlords have a duty of care to their tenants. This is a legal duty to carry out an annual gas safety check on each gas appliance and to keep a copy of the safety check.

The certificate will provide you with the results of the check, and advise on any remedial action that must be taken to make the property safe.

The Annual gas safety check must be completed by a gas safe registered installer.
