Had bathroom work done, they did a great job

Great for new installations and they do a good job but that’s as far as it goes. When it’s time for servicing/repairs etc. they don’t want to know. Two months of waiting so had to go elsewhere. Constant phone calls and promises of them phoning you back but they NEVER do – unless it’s to cancel. Disappointing and frustrating!!

I had a Worcester Bosch boiler installed by stride plumbing and heating. They were very tidy and took pride in the neatness of the pipework. The end result looks amazing.

Rhys and work colleague installed a new boiler system and piping and radiators and carried out a power flush on the system too! Have had Rhys back every year to have the boiler serviced and can’t knock his workmanship and friendly service and value for money too!
